Mileage without the spreadsheet.
Enter the miles, the business purpose and where you went. Mark it a round trip and Woody doubles it. The rate comes from your organization's settings, a personal rate if you have one, or the IRS rate.
Trips ride along on the same expense report as your receipts, and can be tagged to a client or project.
One approver per person. No guessing who signs off.
Admins set each employee's approver once. When a report is submitted, that approver gets it, reviews the receipts and trips, and approves it or sends it back with a reason. Everyone sees where their money is.

Is there an app to download?
Woody is an installable web app. Open it in Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android and add it to your home screen: it opens full screen with its own icon, and the camera works just like a native app. It also runs in any modern browser on a computer.
What happens if I have no signal?
Take the photo anyway. Woody keeps the receipt on your phone and uploads it when you are back online.
How does Woody read my receipts?
Woody uses optical character recognition (OCR) to pull out the vendor, date and total. You can always check and correct anything before you submit.
Is there a free trial?
No. Plans start at $2.99 a month and you can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
Can I belong to more than one organization?
Yes. One sign-in can belong to several organizations, and you switch between them in the app. Each organization's data stays separate.
Do you sell my data or show ads?
No. Woody is paid for by subscriptions. There are no ads and no third-party trackers on this site or in the app.
